Designing a visual friendly page is crucial for ratings and views. An easy to access and professional looking news source will draw more attention and be considered as a credible news source. Different concepts like colors, textures, style, and layout contribute to a great design.
CHS Bonfire
Our website CHS Bonfire has a very "pretty" layout. It's design looks more of a photography website and not a news source. We are working with our local design company to change the way it looks. We want our website to resemble a reliable news channel like CNN.

Anchors
Once of my goals as Director is to film anchors in a place where students are familiar with. For the last couple years we stuck to filming anchors in the studio, a dark and boring room. However, since becoming director I make it my goal to switch the location of anchors throughout the school. This has helped the overall look of our show and increased student engagement.
